Throughout a playthrough of Zombies, players can upgrade their weapons in a variety of different ways. But what if players regret making an upgrade to their weapon? If there's a weapon a player is using in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies that they don't want upgraded, they'll need to put in a bit of effort to remove that upgrade. Luckily, there's a method to downgrade Zombies weapons. The key to do so is on a Tombstone west of Old Town.

There's a tombstone that has two rifles and three swords around it. On that tombstone, players can pay their respects to the tombstone. A portal will open and then players will have the ability to refund their weapon upgrades on the weapon that they currently have equipped.
